Josh Garland brings over 20 years of experience to the table, with a decade of that spent building homes in Nashville. Construction runs deep in his family — he learned the trade from his father and dreams of passing it down to his three sons.
Josh and his wife, Betsy, call Brentwood home, where they’re raising their boys — Lincoln, Henry, and Knox. In their free time, you’ll find them cheering on local teams at Crockett Park, camping in their Airstream, or fishing in nearby rivers. They’re also active members of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Franklin, making community and connection a central part of their lives.
Whether it’s building a home or creating memories, family is at the heart of everything Josh does.
